SHIPPING FEES

The following shipping charges will apply to delivery of orders containing items other than Kintsugi kits.
Please note that the shipping carrier is determined by the destination and inventory of each location and cannot be specified.

-Shipping to the United States
All shipping charges are calculated by weight and start at USD 9.

Shipping charges will be displayed after the shipping address is entered.

-Shipping to Japan
A flat rate of USD 10 per order is charged nationwide.
Delivery will be by Yamato Takkyubin.

-Shipping to outside the U.S. and Japan
All international shipping charges are calculated by weight and start at USD 10.

Shipping charges will be displayed after you enter your shipping address.

SHIPPING LEAD TIME

  • Most shipments offered by Chimahaga are standard shipments. Delivery within the U.S. takes an average of 3-7 days, and outside the U.S. takes 5-14 days. However, some orders may take longer than usual due to air transport delays, customs inspections, or unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.
  • We are unable to ship on Saturdays, Sundays, Japanese National holidays, New Year holidays, and Summer holidays. Thank you for your understanding.

  • We will notify you on our website or Instagram when we are unable to ship due to long holidays or some other reasons.

If we are unable to confirm payment within 7 days, the order will be cancelled.

RETURNS・REFUND

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds, except defective products.
  • Refunds on returns will be applied to the product price only, and shipping charges will not be included in the refund. Shipping costs for returning products are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please contact us within 14 days if the product is defected, damaged or delivered in error. We will send a replacement product immediately.
  • If any item other than pre-order items is out of stock, we will contact you and cancel your order and refund the product price and shipping costs.
  • We do not accept returns without contact in advance.
  • Please note that there might be small scratches and stains on the items, due to the nature of the items.
  • If you have any questions about the condition of the item, please feel free to contact us before order.

CANCELLATION


  • We do not accept cancellations for the customer's personal reasons after the order has been placed.

  • We do not accept cancellations due to a customer's inability or unwillingness to pay import fees, taxes, or duties.

  • If payment is not completed for within 7 days, the order be cancelled.

TAX AND DUTIES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • Please note, all international packages may be subject to taxes, duties and custom fee upon delivery in your territory. Shipping quotes exclude these costs. For details, please contact the customs office in your receiving country.


  • Any import taxes, duties, or fees that may be incurred are the responsibility of customers. We cannot assist with the payment of these fees or provide any discounts or refunds in relation to these fees.
  • As of July 1st, 2021, EU citizen customers are required to pay VAT on all purchases up to €150. Customers will be charged upon delivery of the goods by the carrier as we do not collect VAT and duties.
